Room Selections

Each room has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and—of course—plenty of cozy reading time. This charming home offers just four rooms, making for an intimate and unhurried retreat experience.

Because of the smaller size, there’s no worry about overcrowded shared bathrooms—everything is designed with ease and comfort in mind.

King Room – Spacious & Scenic

Our primary suite offers a plush king bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom—the ultimate private escape. If you love your quiet mornings and a little extra room to spread out with your book, this one’s for you.
Includes two retreat tickets.

Private Top Floor – Quiet & Comfortable

Tucked away on the top floor, this serene space was made for rest, recharge, and uninterrupted reading time. With its cozy setting and total privacy, it’s the perfect room for curling up with a great story (or taking that much-deserved nap).

Queen Rooms — Cozy and Serene

Our two Queen Bedrooms are a cozy peaceful space with views of the idyllic yard.  Located on the second floor, this suite also includes access to an additional lounge area for reading, chatting, or simply relaxing.

Dining:

  • All meals are included, beginning with a welcome dinner on the first evening.

  • Enjoy a full day of meals on Day Two and Three, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  • A final breakfast will be served before check-out on the last day of the retreat.

Special Features and Amenities:

  • Escape to a tranquil, inspiring location dedicated to your passion for reading.

Cost:

  • The all-inclusive price covers your room, meals, and retreat activities. Please note that alcohol may incur an additional charge during off-site meals.

  • Attendees are responsible for additional incidentals and travel expenses.

If Air Travel is required, the closest airport are:

  • Albany International Airport (ALB): Located in Albany, NY, approximately 30-40 miles away. This is a larger airport with commercial flights to major US cities and likely the most ideal choice.

  • Bradley International Airport (BDL): Located in Windsor Locks, CT, about 60 miles away.

  • Pittsfield Municipal Airport (PSF): Located in Pittsfield, MA, roughly 10 miles/20 minutes away. 

  • Harriman & West Airport (MMN): Located in North Adams, MA, about 45 miles from Lee, MA.
